On December 16, 2023, Buptle will introduce new features and make usability improvements
to enhance the experience for clients using Buptle Cloud Service.

◆ Improve usability

1. Home screen improvement

The first home screen you see after logging into Buptle has changed.
We have improved the existing work status screen by updating the UI so that new alerts and tasks for logged-in users can be checked more quickly.
On the changed screen, you can check and move your to-do's more quickly, and in the case of the legal team or administrator, a status screen is also provided.

▶ My Task Confirmation

This update has improved the system so that logged-in users can check and move faster to do what they need to.
In addition, different screens are provided for general users (field managers) and the legal team according to their authorization, which allows the legal team to see the status of all tasks.

* Are you surprised by how much the screen has changed? After a day, you may not even remember the previous screen because the new one is so convenient ^^

◆ New Update Feature

1. Legal Calendar

A new legal calendar feature is available.
You can now get an alert from the calendar and quickly check the contract's start date and the litigation schedule.
<Today's schedule>, <D-Day Countdown>, <Monthly schedule summary> It provides a quick view of the list,
so that you can take care of your tasks without losing track of your calendar.

* In the future, we will make it so you are able to manage your work in conjunction with calendars such as Google and Naver, so please keep an eye out for it ^^

1. 1 ) 홈화면 우측 캘린더 화면에서 월단위 전체 업무를 확인 할 수 있습니다.
2. 2 ) 오늘 날짜는 색깔로 표기되며, 달력의 날짜를 클릭하면 해당 날짜에 확인이 필요한 리스트를 확인 할 수 있습니다.
3. 3 ) 일정 확인이 필요한 업무가 있는 날은 색깔로 구분되어 표기 됩니다.

1. 1 ) 오늘 날짜 기준의 확인해야할 업무( 계약의 시작, 종료 / 소송 관련 일정 )를 보여줍니다.
2. 2 ) 날짜를 클릭하면 해당 날짜의 업무를 확인 할 수 있고, 업무 클릭 시 해당 업무화면으로 이동합니다.

3. D-Day Countdown

1. 1 ) 캘린더에 선택된 날짜를 기준으로 기 설정된 디데이 알림이 표기 되며, 클릭 시 바로 해당 업무 화면으로 이동합니다.

* Currently, the date of the Supreme Court information on the start and end of the contract is marked, and soon we will also provide a notification on the calendar made for future updates, so please keep an eye out for updates to Buptle's calendar feature ^^

A new legal team sharing feature is available.
The legal team sharing feature provides a space just for the legal team that can be shared separately by the legal team in addition to comments and files that can be viewed by all involved in the existing progress.
You can check the sharing of the legal team for each task on the detailed screen, and there is a separate window to see the overall status of the legal team sharing.

3. Automatically suggest legal reference

We are introducing legal reference suggestion feature.
As opposed to the existing legal reference search and registration feature, Buptle finds and automatically suggests existing tasks similar to the newly created tasks through the analysis of previous tasks.
Quickly check related tasks such as similar tasks and extension contracts that have been signed within the last year, with legal reference suggestion feature.
It also provides a comparison feature between documents registered as legal reference and legal reference.

4. Recently used contract template + favorites

We have recently added a usage template and favorite feature to the existing template selection screen.
Now you can select and manage the templates you will use more quickly.

1. 1 ) 계약 템플릿 화면에서 최근 사용한 템플릿이 있는경우 최근 사용템플릿을 우선적으로 보여줍니다. 유사한 계약을 많이 체결하는 담당자의 경우 최근 계약 템플릿으로 빠르게 원하는 템플릿을 선택해 업무를 진행 할 수 있습니다

1. 1 ) 즐겨찾기 탭을 선택하면 자신이 등록한 즐겨찾기 템플릿을 보여줍니다.
2. 2 ) 우측 별표시를 체크하면 즐겨찾기 템플릿으로 등록 / 해제 할 수 있습니다. 이제 자주 사용하는 템플릿을 즐겨찾기로 등록하여 빠르게 업무를 진행해 보세요.

5. Edit Contract List Items

Buptle offers a dynamic editing function so that the items displayed on the contract list screen can be marked with the items you want.
Now, try adding the items you want to the list.

6. Statistics

A statistics menu is provided for users with reviewer or manager authorization.
Quickly check your work status with 11 statistical features.

4. 4 ) 조회기간은 기본 월단위로 설정되어 있으며, 임의로 기간을 변경하여 조회할 수 있습니다.
